Who is Jill Monson?

She is not only the high-energy host of BIZ BUZZ 413, she’s also the founder of POP!more. After a near-death experience in 2020, she ditched the grind and launched her company, where she helps people build real confidence (what she calls CANfidence). She helps organizations by teaching individuals how to become stronger team members through better communication, interpersonal skills, productivity, and more.

She’s no stranger to a microphone – having a couple decade career as a radio personality on 94.7 WMAS, Rock 102, Lazer 99.3, and others. In addition to radio, Jill ran the award-winning Inspired Marketing and had roles with the American Cancer Society and MGM Springfield, and a bunch of local radio stations where she had a mic and made things happen.

Western Mass in Jill’s blood, residing in Hampden County in a 130-year-old house with her patient wife, rescue dog and cat, and a front porch that doubles as her happy place.
