As a Presenting Sponsor, the Sponsor will receive the following benefits:

      • Landing Page – Featured branding and links on the primary event landing page, which serves as the central hub for all marketing and PR efforts related to the program.
      • Event Pages – Logo and branding placement on event-specific pages within the 413 Online platform and 413 Calendar program.
      • Discussion Group – Access to an exclusive discussion group within 413 Online to engage with the audience before, during, and after events.
      • Digital Marketing Visibility – The Sponsor’s name and logo will appear in all online promotional materials for the event, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and website content.

As a Supporting Sponsor, the Sponsor will receive the following benefits:

      • Logo inclusion on the event Landing Page and Event Pages.
      • Recognition in digital marketing campaigns promoting the event.
      • Access to the Discussion Group on the 413 Online platform.
    • Event Visibility – Recognition as a Supporting Sponsor at the event with verbal acknowledgment.
    • Networking Opportunities – Invitations to attend and engage with attendees.
    • Limited On-Site Promotion – Opportunity to provide digital promotional materials.
    • Post-Event Recognition – Inclusion in post-event communications and online sponsor acknowledgments.

• • • Sponsorship commitments are per event and are payable in full upon signing this Agreement.
    • Payment is due within 30 days prior to the event via check or electronic transfer to:

    • Invoices and W-9s will be issued upon request.

The Sponsor agrees to:

Provide high-resolution logos and branding materials for digital promotional use.
Promote the 413 Women’s Health Connect Program through its own marketing channels.
Adhere to Living Local 413’s branding and messaging guidelines.

The Organizer agrees to:

• • • Execute the sponsorship benefits outlined in this Agreement.
    • Provide regular updates on event planning and promotional activities.
    • Recognize the Sponsor in all agreed-upon locations and formats.

• • • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
    • If the Sponsor terminates prior to the event, sponsorship funds are non-refundable.
    • If the Organizer cancels the event, a full refund will be issued to the Sponsor.

• • • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
    • Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
    • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
